You can enjoy happy hour specials as you relax by the bar that’s decorated with palm fronds. Whitlow’s happy hour goes from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday through Thursday. On Friday, the happy hour goes from 4 PM to 7 PM. They have different drink specials every day, including $3 draft beers, $3 rails, and $3 red and white wines.This tropical bar has a wonderful laid back atmosphere.
Epicure Café
Epicure Café in Fairfax offers creative dishes and drinks in an eclectic space. Their cozy rooftop deck is open throughout the summer. While their rooftop menu is limited, you can order from their inside space downstairs and bring your food and drinks up to the roof. Epicure Café has a happy hour every Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM. During their happy hour, they have $5 pizza and a variety of drink specials. Kybecca
Kybecca is a contemporary American restaurant located in Fredericksburg. They have a lovely patio that’s perfect for a sunny day. Their happy hour is on Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM. They offer $3.50 beers, $5 glasses of wine, and $5 cocktail specials. To eat, they have $1 local hand-shucked oysters and $5 selected appetizers.
If you’re still hungry after snacking on your happy hour appetizers, stay for dinner and check out Kybecca’s menu of classic American dishes with modern twists. Or, you can skip straight to dessert and order delicious treats like Nutella pot de crème and vanilla bourbon crème brûlée.
MacDowell Brew Kitchen
If you want to go the beach without leaving Northern Virginia, head to MacDowell Brew Kitchen in Leesburg. This bar and grill created their own outdoor beach backyard featuring a fire pit, tables with driftwood benches, and a bar made out of an old boat.
Enjoy happy hour at the beach on Tuesday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 6 PM. During happy hour, draft beers, wine, and liquor drinks are all $2 off. Dogfish Head Ale House
Dogfish Head Ale House serves classic bar food and drinks in a casual atmosphere. They offer a variety of craft beers from around the world, and they have seasonal options. They have locations in Falls Church and Fairfax, and both places have patios you can hang out in on warm nights.

OpenRoad Grill
OpenRoad Grill is located in Falls Church, and they offer a menu featuring handcrafted cocktails that they change each season. Their extensive list of happy hour beer and cocktail specials are available in the bar area, and they offer their specials on Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM. P.J. Skidoo’s
P.J. Skidoo’s is a fun bar in Fairfax with a cute little patio that’s surrounded by flowers.
